Busch Gardens

We had a blast down in St.Pete this past weekend....even though we were still not feeling 100% we managed to enjoy a fun filled day at Busch Gardens. Kaitlyn had a great time seeing all of the animals, she loved the safari train ride, and enjoyed all of the different birds, mommy and daddy even managed to sneak off to enjoy a couple of rides on their own....thanks Grandma and Paul!

Trip to Jacksonville...and the forgotten bag!

We had so much fun playing in Jacksonville with Kaitlyn and her cousins, Little Connor and Kaitlyn are just 2 weeks apart in age and have so much fun when they get together! They are a couple of cuties! And no all these pictures weren't taken the same day even though she is in the same outfit...Long story short Kaitlyn had just one outfit and 5 diapers to make it through the weekend ( the contents found in my very small Vera Bradley backpack), we left her bag sitting in the living room 2 1/2 hours away ( I say "we" even though I am pretty sure it was Jon's fault, atleast that's my story! ) Luckily we had a few extra diapers and jackets in the car, and Connor lent Kaitlyn some rocket PJ's, the whole experience just reinforced that you really do not need as much as you think you do when you travel with an almost 2 year old :)

I love to Read!

Kaitlyn and Jon joined me at the Gilchrist Grizzly Volunteer Breakfast, after all they are my two hardest working volunteers :) She snuck off to read books with the largest teddy bear she could find...what a cutie!

Superbowl Fun!

We got together at Aunt Rachel's House for the superbowl, the girls had a great time playing while we chowed down on some fondue!

Yummy Yummy, Ice Cream in my Tummy!

We went out to dinner with friends the other night and Kaitlyn was a little angel so we went next door and got some TCBY...she just loves ice cream! Strawberry cheesecake is her favorite!

Sunny Skies and some weekend fun

We took Kaitlyn to visit Tekesta Park this past Monday for MLK Day. We decided it would do us some good to get some fresh air, we all have had the winter crud this week. We walked over to the park. Kaitlyn walked the entire way there and half of the way back by herself ( of course she held my hand the whole way, but she didn't need the stroller.) She had so much fun chasing Bailey and playing on the slides...what a big girl my little baby is growing up to be :)

Walking in a Winter Wonderland!

Brrrrrr...it's absolutely freezing here in Florida and we are loving it! Kaitlyn and I went with uncle Scott and Daddy to play frisbee golf at Tom Brown Park we only lasted a few rounds and then had to get to warmer ground. Before we left we got a chance to check out some pretty cool plants that were covered in ice. Kaitlyn enjoyed the icy grass and didn't seem to mind the cold...as she crunched around on the grass I managed to get a few pics, she even gave me her cheesy camera smile! Gotta love that little girl!

Happy Birthday Jon & Sydney

We had a blast at Zoinks for Sydney's birthday. Kaitlyn even warmed up a bit she enjoyed going down the slides with mommy and bouncing around all over the place.

We had a great time getting to see all of the Grauer family this weekend, we were even able to get a picture with everyone! Count them 1 Grandma, 5 kids, 5 spouses and 11 grandkids!!!! What a bunch!

Kaitlyn had a great time at her first Halloween party with friends. All of the Halloween costumes were so cute! The kids had a blast! I think the adults even had a good time too! Thank you everyone for coming out to celebrate, it meant a lot to us!

It's Pumpkin Time!

Peyton & Kaitlyn had a great time at the Pumpkin Patch. They ran all over picking up pumpkins and playing with the wagon. We had a great day with friends!

Go Seminoles!!!!!!

We had a great time with friends and family this weekend...even if the seminoles didn't win. Kaitlyn went to her first official tailgate party...she had such a great time! Her friends Loreli and Michael were there. It was sooo very hot we were all drenched by the time we left...But kaitlyn looked so cute in her FSU dress...it was one of my creations....Thanks to Christi for embroidering it last minute...you are awesome!

My First Apple Pie!

Mommy took the day off to spend with me...we had so much fun, we went to baby time at teh library and saw a puppet show, we went shopping at Publix and then came home and we had lunch together. When i woke up from my nap I got to help mommy make my first apple pie...I washed my hands, and helped mommy wash the apples ( these were the same apples I picked from the tree on labor day). Mommy let me help core the apples and she even let me shake the bag to coat the apples. After we put them in the crust mommy let me help mix the topping with my hands I was a little shy at first then I dug right in and got messy! I think mommy tricked me...because I didn't see her put mine on the pie...oh well. I can smell it baking now I can't wait for desert!!!!!

Apple Picking Time

Kaitlyn had a great time in the mountains over the Labor Day weekend. We took her to pick apples for the first time. She had a blast as you can see. She walked all over the orchard picking apples and eating them on the spot. She even tried her first ice cream cone..she shared it with her mommy! We had so much fun! Thank you Baxley's for having us we can't wait to do it again!!!!

Water Fun Day!!!!

We have had so much fun together this summer it is so sad to see summer come to an end. We had a fun time today with Lindsey and her little kiddies. Ella, Owen and Kaitlyn enjoyed some water fun up at the church. It was HOT!!!! But the kids had fun!

I had the best time with Grandma this weekend...she brought me this cute new outfit! I absolutely love it it is my favorite! We had the best time playing outside on my slide...It was so much fun, she spoils me so much!

Hagan's First Birthday

We had so much fun at my friend Hagan's first birthday!!!! I played with all of my friends and even got to steal some watermelon from a shark!!! It was soo cool! Hagan had the coolest birthday his cake looked like a beach ball and my cupcake looked like a beach scene complete with an umbrella and little teddy bear!

Summer Fun

I have had so much fun this summer in my backyard. I love my swing and slide...I am such a big girl now I can climb up all by myself and go down without any help! I also love the pool, Daddy helps me swim...I love splashing and kicking in the water. I especially love putting my head under...Mommy calls me her little fishy!

Hot Days at the Junior Museum

We went to the Jr. Museum with our cousins and our friends today. We had a great time seeing all the animals and playing on the playground I climbed to the top of the play equipment and almost gave mommy a heartattack! Daddy even came over and joined us for lunch it was so fun!!!!! I had a great time hanging with my cousins and loving on our newest addition baby Emma!

Kaitlyn's First Day

Today was my first day at Daycare...I was so excited. I got to bring my new baby and I got to meet lots of new friends. I only cried just a little but I was a big girl...I think mommy was sadder than I was. I love Ms. Dina and all of my friends I think that it's going to be a great year!!!!!

We will miss you Grandpa!

We went down to teh Keys to say our final goodbyes to grandpa Larry. We had a memorial service and said our goodbyes at an ocean ceremony a few miles off shore. It was sad...i will miss Grandpa so much. I love you!
